Arthritis- help?

Hey guys! I'm gonna need your help. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my right shoulder. It hurts quite a lot when I move it, and if I move it too far up, it 'clicks'? I've even been taking ALEVE, but it is hardly helping the pain. I draw a lot, play piano, and used to take karate up until last year. Is it possible I hurt it somehow? Or could it be genetic? Anyways, is there anything you guys reccomend? I'm only 14, so I'm at a loss. Thanks! And Happy Holidays!
